Mike Hall, Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal in San Francisco, specializes in leading $100+ million EBITDA transformation programs. Serving as interim Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), he focuses on operational optimization, organizational strategy, leadership development, and change management across industries such as high tech, CPG, healthcare, retail, and energy.
Mr. Hall has led significant EBITDA improvement initiatives, including $300 million for a $10 billion real estate company and $100 million for a $15 billion utility. His expertise extends to carve-out planning, digital transformation, and operational leadership, where he has driven improvements in inventory management, SIOP processes, and product launches, achieving measurable results like reducing expired inventory by 83% and fines by 70%.

Randall Cook
Randall Cook is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in New York and co-leader of the National Security, Trade and Technology practice. He specializes in managing risks related to national security, including U.S trade controls, sanctions, foreign investment regulations, and technology security, and with implementing trustworthy compliance programs to meet U.S national security requirements. His recent accomplishments include leading the development and implementation of comprehensive National Security Compliance Programs for various organizations, ensuring adherence to evolving U.S Export controls and sanctions regulations. This work enhanced the organization’s risk management framework, strengthened regulatory relationships, and demonstrated a proactive approach to national security obligations.
Mr. Cook’s former experience includes serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the federal district of New Jersey and as Senior Counsel for two Fortune 50 global defense technology companies. He earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. He is fluent in English and German.
Christopher Kulp is a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Services Operations Group in New York, leading the Procurement and Sourcing group. With over 26 years of consulting and industry experience, he specializes in EBIT improvement through sourcing, procurement, and supply chain transformation. His expertise includes category management, procurement optimization, make/buy strategies, and operational improvement. Over the last decade, he has led initiatives covering $3 billion in direct spend, adding $600 million in value. Previously, he led PwC’s Industrial Sourcing Team, driving EBIT growth for private equity and Fortune 2500 firms. Before that, he managed product design, development, and manufacturing for a consumer telecommunications hardware OEM. Mr. Kulp holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in finance and operations from the University of Chicago.
Brad Humphrey is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC in Detroit. He serves clients as a member of the firm’s Corporate Transformation Tax team. Brad brings over 17 years of value chain tax consulting and industry experience, working primarily with large, multinational companies, designing and implementing transformational value chain tax strategies to align operating model improvements with strategic tax, treasury and trade structures. His select projects include implementation of a tax effective domestic procurement structure for a Fortune 10 energy company and leading the tax and transfer pricing workstreams for global plant rationalization and footprint restructurings for a multinational public chemicals company. Brad earned a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
