Lachlan Hughson

Lachlan Hughson, founder of 4-D Resources Advisory LLC, brings enhanced strategic, financial and risk analysis insights to the energy, renewables and mining industries, particularly with respect to upgrading M&A/A&D transaction analyses and execution. His experience is drawn from investment banking and corporate executive roles at Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, Standard Bank, Macquarie Capital and Antero Resources. Mr. Hughson holds an MSc degree, with Distinction, from Imperial College London and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
