About the Presenters
Jeff Wooldridge
Joined Talance Group in February 2009. He has over 25 years of recruiting experience for corporations as well as within the search industry. Currently, Jeff recruits accounting, finance, tax, and risk professionals from CFO to staff level within the Houston area. Prior to joining The Talance Group, Jeff worked in recruitment for Paul Ray Berndtson (a global executive search firm), Ernst & Young and managed a recruiting team at Exult (now Hewitt). Jeff holds a Degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and worked as a credit analyst in banking as well as a stock broker before transitioning into recruiting.
Alix Biondo:
Alix joined Talance Group in October of 2009. She started up the Finance and Accounting Contract Division for the firm, which had previously only focused on direct hire placements. She started her career as a recruiter in Dallas for a large national firm. After moving to Houston, Alix found a passion for managing recruiting and sales teams in more quality-focused “boutique” firms where long-term relationships are the key to success. Her recruiting experience spans the Accounting, Engineering, and IT industries. Alix holds a Business/Marketing degree from the University of North Texas.
