Dana Gower

Dana Gower, MBA, CCP holds degrees in Economics and Finance and brings a unique perspective bridging human capital and financial strategy. With 17 years in Fortune 500 HR leadership—including HR Director roles spanning hiring, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and training—Dana pivoted to financial services in 2000, working in investments and insurance for major firms and later managing a foreign exchange fund. Today, Dana serves as Strategic Advisor for CareerPro Inc and Millennium Planning Group in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina, advising and training individuals and organizations on the intersection of talent and financial management. He is the author of four books and has launched three successful products. He was recently highlighted as one of Twelve of the World's Best Mentors on the Mentors Radio Show.
