Dr. Shealynn Buck
Dr. Buck is Lockton People Solutions’ Chief Medical Officer and clinical leader of Lockton’s Advanced Medical Advisory Practice. Dr. Buck brings together the collective intelligence of Lockton’s healthcare experts, serves as a strategic consultant to U.S. employer on complex healthcare issues, and specializes in clinical data intelligence to help employers make the best decisions for their people and plan. She is the co-chair of Lockton’s Clinical Advisory Practice, an interdisciplinary thought leadership team composed of population health, pharmacy, and medical consulting leaders. Dr. Buck has also served as the clinical leader of Lockton’s Coronavirus Advisory Practice during COVID, and the practice leader of Lockton Dunning Precision Health Practice.
Prior to joining Lockton, Dr. Buck served as a medical director and vice president of health integration at Marsh & McLennan Agency, executive medical director of DeKalb Medical Center in Atlanta tasked with oversight of healthcare worker occupational health & safety and employer-directed services, Sr. Medical Laboratory Director of Quintiles Laboratories North America, which involved drug development consulting to the biopharmaceutical industry, and Assistant Medical Director at American Red Cross Biomedical Services.
